Had a craving for a footling dog and a shake. I rarely eat fast food but a craving needs to be satisfied so i went to sonic. Seriously 10 dollars for a shake and a hotdog which was absolutely COLD they forgot my onions. The shake was adequate but didn't taste like the cheesecake they described. Had to take hot dog home and microwave it. NEVER going back to sonic again. Can't believe I wasted 10 bucks on these two things I could have gone to chili's and for a dollar more got a drink, appetizer and a main course. And before management gives me a lame sorry, I say forget the apology and fix these issues. Nobody likes cold food.

Waited over 20 minutes for ice cream on mobile and hit the red button twice before they answered just to finally tell us that they don't have the ingredients.

My milkshake was very runny, the whip cream was melted, no cherry, I got a 2 for 5 chili fritos wraps, one didn't even have fritos on it, the chili had a burnt taste, and they were super small, I wouldn't have even paid a dollar for them let alone 2.50 each, I'm sure if the manager saw what I was served they would have been embarrassed.
