My packages never get delivered to my apartment. Instead of coming to my door to see if I’m home, they leave a post it to tell me I wasn’t here to pick it up and to come get it at the post office. I am a stay at home mother of twins who is home 98% of the time. When I called to ask why they hadn’t come to my door, they said that if they were to deliver every package in my complex they would be here all day. So instead of doing your apparently inconvenient job, you choose to make my hard days even harder by making me come pick it up. Do you jobs or hire more people. Simple. I don’t get paid to go get a package that should’ve been delivered to me. Very rude, incompetent and inconsiderate.

My mother gets medication through a postal box at this location. Upon picking up her package yesterday the tape on the box had clearly been cut ( the box was not crushed and the tape was still firmly attached to the cardboard) and all the medication and vitamins were gone. The only thing left in the box was rubbing alcohol, anitseptic spray, and flushable wipes. Ya'll need to get your thief out of there.

When I forwarded my mail by the change of address form why is my packages being sent back stating the home is abandoned?

A package sent to me with my correct address and zip code was returned to the sender with a label that said address unknown. With a little effort on the part of the postal employees that handled this package this would not have happened. I have had numerous problems like this.
