Insanely tall speed bumps in the parking lot that damage a lot of cars, judging from the numerous gouge lines in them, and the sound my car made when going over one at 2 mph. Front desk gives zero F's about their parking lot. Musty rooms. Maniacal spackling job in the shower in room 407. Expensive breakfast. Will try the Holiday Inn Express in Live Oak next time, with free breakfast.

Diamond member (170+ stays in 2022) and this is a great find. Price , location and parking are all on point. Like how they dressed up for Autumn, had an in-house bar/restaurant and offered comp upgrades. Great work Lake City staff

Very clean and helpful staff but..... 1. The bed was not comfortable at all and couldn't sleep. The bed was too stiff 2. The TV was EXTREMELY outdated 3. No liquid hand soap?

They do take cats or dogs with a $40 charge, per my phone call just now.
It does have a indoor pool I don't know about a hot tub
