Disappointed. Finally got my smelly and molding carpet cleaned after water damage leaked from upstairs apartment. Cleaner did good job, but still waiting for interior wall repairs as maintenance had to remove sections of wall to dry out the damaged areas. Waiting over two months for follow-up. Very disappointed that this has yet to be repaired after many promises and submitting numerous work orders. Please put my apartment back to the way it was prior to the damage! Thank you.

Zero stars was not an option. I have been asking for my water heater to be fixed since June. Sometimes, some one eventually comes' after several days of asking. They come they light the fuse the water heater seems lit but then an hour, more or less, it shuts back off, so I put in Another work request. At the end of July, I spoke to Mrs. Sandy and signed a new lease telling her at which time I explained the problems with the water heater. Maintenance did come and he spent longer fixing it, but the water heater still only worked one day. My kids and I, were able to have one hot shower. So I put in several work requests, all ignored as usual, until I spoke to a person in the office. Unfortunately for them I decided to reply to a request from Google to review this work request from the 12th of August. -> No one came no one showed up. I still don't have hot water.

How much deposit is for animals
I'm presently paying $700.00 ,for rent....$35.00 for washer/dryer.. $10.00 for my dog. Total of $745.00 You will have to pay for electric, gas, water, sewer cable and phone I use only my cell phone... I dont have cable only wifi. You can get the same shoes but much cheaper. And I have an alarm system in my unit.

Yes i actually have a 3 bedroom here. Theyre very small apartments.. my 3 bedroom is 900 sq feet. But we make it home. As you walk in the door it's a hallway about 12 ft long and to your immediate right after you walk in the front door is a closet, then about 6 feet further or maybe four feet further on the right is a bathroom, and then right across from it on the left in the hallway is a bedroom which is my son's room then it turns into the kitchen as you turn to the right and to the left is your living room and then there is about a 10-foot hallway where the air conditioning filter is there's a closet on the left but it's actually where you hook up the washer dryer you have to have a stackable washer dryer here and then if you just keep walking straight into the hallway out of the living room right past the the laundry hook up closet straight ahead in the middle is a bathroom and then a bedroom to the right and a bedroom to the left
