I highly recommend Chris Williams to handle the details as he follows up and makes sure things are done right. He made sure all our problematic issues were resolved to our satisfaction and he is a pleasure to deal with!

The company will come tare up your property and never repaired it. Once they get paid, their attitude changes. Beware the words "I know a guy". I have tree damage, ruts in my driveway, and a pile of crushed lime where my driveway used to be. They put the under ground conduit for electric in the wrong place costing 3400.00 to correct it all. When I said something about I was told i was sending nasty messages. Excuses are the best part. I have covid. I have a sinus infection. The inspector died. The inspector quit before signing off on the septic system. It's all china's fault. Really good at taking your money

Microwave was stolen in July after being delivered. The doors were not locked after I specifically asked for them to stay locked. I have asked constantly about it being replaced and now I am told that it is not the dealerships responsibility. I have also had to make payments before I could actually move into my house. I have had to be the person making first contact to find any information about anything. I do not recommend using this dealership. They were just worried about getting it off of their lot and that's it.
