I am a Realtor and one of my clients purchased a mobile home from Freedom Mobile Home Sales in 2021. I was heavily involved in the warranty process after the purchase. Freedom subcontracted a company named Anchor Mobile homes to set up the home on the property. They did a terrible job to the point that major settling occurred within a few months. Freedom gave us the runaround on the settling issue and several other issues and never really fixed the issues under their "warranty." They waited so long that Anchor went out of business and there is no recourse there as well. Everyone I spoke with at Freedom was extremely nice and said they would help, but they won't. It's been over a year and still no help. Also, you have to sign an agreement to arbitrate with your purchase. This doesn't allow a purchaser to start a lawsuit without arbitrating first. Our experience with Freedom Mobile Home Sales was a lot of wasted time and money. It cost thousands to repair the damages from the faulty setup.
