We've got two homes to choose from.... Unless you want to wait 18 months is what we were told. And you can't change anything about them. Do they not know that the homes are built in the factory behind them? Someone might want to let them know... Their response.... Mr. McKibben: We are certainly in interesting times right now in the production of manufactured homes. Most Factories have had to streamline and simplify their build process, which has resulted in the only homes being available for quick delivery being non-customizable. Our being on the factory premises, does not give us any special privileges in offering a wide array of homes that are available quickly. We are sorry to have disappointed you. Everyone is working hard in this challenging environment that has been brought upon us by supply and labor shortages. Sincerley, The Factory Expo Team in Lake City, FL My retort.... Two weeks to respond to my review? Really? And that's the best you've got? When will it stop? You are not the first (nor the last) manufactured home business that I've been to. I've heard way too many excuses about these "interesting times", "current climate", "supply shortages", "labor shortages", and "insert BS excuse here". If it's going to take me a year or two to get into a manufactured home ( and I can't have any modifications) for upwards of 140k, I'll just build my own. Why didn't you respond publicly? Are you only wanting the reviews about how great/professional you are? That's how you get better... By being held accountable... Not just hearing the cheerleaders. Good luck trying to pass those homes off to some proverbial lemming that doesn't know what they want. I've got more but I don't think it will go anywhere... It'll take two months to respond to this one due to competency shortages happening in your current climate.
