They usually only have a couple people. Coming in works best, but you will eventually get them to answer the phone.
No it's fine I would go and it's a lot easier to talk to somebody
I know they are in the office and they are probably busy. That's how I got through to them but keep on calling until someone will pick up the phone. Good luck!!
