Make sure you double check your contract before signing specially if your doing short term don’t believe them when they say they will fix it because they won’t, and you will be left owing thousands of dollars. Cars get broken into all the time mine got broken into more then 3 times the 3rd time the tried to take the car. Gates are worthless almost never work. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. One star for the maintenance personal that was the only good thing about this place

Edit: The issue has been resolved, and appropiate amount has been refunded. Terrible management, we were provided a 120 day notice to move for major rennovations. We found a new place near the end of the 120 notice, as the new units were going to be over $300 more for the same size. We informed the leasing office of our move out day and new planned residency. Just over a week later, we received a call that our application would be denied, if our current leasong office did not confirm our residency by the following monday. They had attempted several times via phone and email to reach leasing office. I went to the office that monday and spoke with the leasing manager, she advised that she had been out sick amd did not have a back up in place due to being short staffed.  I had the manager call to confirm residency right there, we were thankfully approved and able to move. When we recieved out move out package we were not quoted for any damages, but they had pro rated us for nearly 10 days after our move out date for not providing proper notice of my move out date. They requested just over $4 from me and  did not return any of the deposit. I reached out to the leasing manager, explaining that she was out sick for the entire week that I  advised of my move out date, delaying the documentation and almost resulting a denied application for failing to confirm our residency. The manger offered to have the property manger review for a dispute. It have been a month with zero communication from management on the dispute. I have sent several emails and called and was advised, that she never sent it up for review. At this point, it seems they are just waiting to send me to collections before it gets reviewed. Very unprofessional, would highly consider looking elswhere to live. -James Melder

Walked in to ask if they have any units available and I was greeted by Dianne Salinas. She was more then welcoming and gave my family a tour right on the spot. We had been driving around for hours stopping at many apartments around the area, and she was the only one that actually did this for us. All the other places were either closed, even though their office hours posted said they were suppose to be open or they just gave a yes or no answer without any details. Diane showed us what their "classic" style apartments look like, and what their renovated apartments look like. Both were fairly nice, although their renovated ones were stunning! Their extra amenities are great too, with an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, and gym. For the nice days there is a playground area for your littles as well. We applied to for place here, crossing our fingers we get approved! Thank you, Diane, for all your help!

We have been here for the past 10 years and it has been a quiet an experience. But it is a quite place to live, and a great place for there school district near bye for the kids. The new management that took over the property are great and are doing the best they can to make the place look nicer then it did. The new maintenance guys are fixing it up asthe property as much as they can as well. But other then that the new management and the maintenance guys has been doing there best to keep up everything here on the property, trying to make everything look better, and also keep all of us residents happy as well. They are working as hard as they can and doing very great work. We Thank you so much for what you have done here on this property.

How is this place?

They don’t tell you that you’re right by a traintrack and you have to sign something saying you know it’ll be loud late at night but it doesn’t say why and it’s NOT because you’re by the fairgrounds. If you’re looking at renting an apartment in X,Y, or Z in the back your apartment will shake and rattle when the trains go by at all times throughout the day AND night and the trains are LOUD too. All the drivers honk constantly when they pass no matter what time it is. DO NOT MOVE HERE The rates also just went up too. Moving out when our lease is up.
