It's a high crime and Drug area I would not live in this area 128th highest crime area in Snohomish county
They never fix anything wrong with your apartments . There is mold , they are rude and you can't pay your rent online . They also don't keep track of when you paid and they tried ripping us off on water which was suppose to be a set rate per person in the household. My car has a bullet from someone shooting. Also a car was hit and destroyed . I never any parking and lots of drug dealers and people smash out windows of cars as well as use ladders to break in.
I've had consistent luck with them fixing things and you can pay your rent online. Just throwing those out.
Between dog poop all over the yard and your rent going up every month I wouldn't suggest anybody move in here! Update: still poop all over, they have a new company bill us for w.s.g that part still goes up and beyond what it should be! The way they determine your bill is not right at all!
Prices go up, easy access to apartments, high crime and drug area, parking issues, rent goes up
Price is high for area. But have lived here for 3 years know and never had a problem. Management is great. This area has gone downhill with drugs and homelessness though.
I'm a pizza delivery driver and a 2 year old opened the door to me, with the unit smelling like pot. Classy. I think it was in the K building.
