Is there a way for paying the toll online? I had no idea it was a toll bridge and by the time I realized it , I could not safely get over to the toll gates. I have a toll roads account.

Little late for the original asker, but if you have a Good to Go sticker or transmitter (you mentioned a toll roads account) then your account will be automatically debited just like on the toll roads. Also, if you don't have an account but call and set one up when you get the bill they will lower the amount of the bill from the pay by mail amount to the regular amount for account holders.
