This organization is the WORST. Within the last 2 months I have had 3 payments to creditors get to them almost a month after it was sent out through the post office based out of Parkland Wa. I have been told that this mail goes to the central location at 4001 So Pine St Tacoma Wa. I was told by the post office that the Tacoma location stated that they are slowing down the process and delivery of mail which is causing my creditors to get my payments late causing me to be charged late charges. WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY LATE FEES POST OFFICE?????? Mailed my bill to Centurylink located in Phoenix Az 25 days ago and they still have not gotten my payment. Post Office has become a disgrace when it comes to service.

Worst passport service ever. I reserved two passport service that includes photos for my husband and my 1 year old baby ($35+$15 for each) and they have no clue on what they are doing! We came in 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time as instructed and the staff seemed to be ignoring us. So we decided to get in the line to ask them where should we go because there’s not really a passport service spot, so we were very confused. Once we get to the front of the line, the lady that was handling us was very rude when asking for our IDs and did not bother to explain thoroughly about the process of getting our passports. And then she told us to wait on the left corner for our pictures, which took quite a while, but we patiently waited. She came out with a camera and a bad attitude as if we were bothering her doing her other job. We tried to make it quick. When we were trying to take our son’s photos, she brought out a big box taped with some sort of white masking tape to be used as a background instead of the normal white photo backdrop which i thought looked like a very whacky job and unprofessional. But I thought she must know what she was doing so I did not say anything. She took the photos really quickly and did not even bother to check if the photos met all requirements. We paid $300 for the application fees and an extra $100 for their bad service and photos. And then guess what came in my email today? A letter saying that my son’s photo was not acceptable and they asked us to resend them a proper photo. I was beyond angry because I could have done it myself and save me $100. Please do not come here to get your passport done. I wouldn’t recommend it, so unprofessional. The last photo, I took it myself and it looks way better and more professional than what USPS lady took.

Because of click & ship, I literally get to skip waiting in the long line with everyone else. I have used USPS religiously for the past 3 years. Every week. Not a single lost, stolen or damaged package over 3 plus years is amazing. I also appreciate the tracking & insurance being free once the package is paid for. Employees are all very kind & happy to help. That was nice. Thanks USPS! Appreciate all of your employees.

I have the same problem. Probably because they have too many complaints, daily.
We are to busy millyrocking
Add 15 cents postage cross out the additional postage needed put it back in mailbox.
I always return the key but i believe that they change the locks.

just if they send it to the post office it'll take 5wrking days b4 they send to the address license holder ok
Po box
Most lobby can be access 24 hours a day unless they have issues with vandalism
Yes you can. www.usps.com/international/passports.htm
When you pull up the office information click on other and a local number should show up. What office are you trying to call
Try with the same location walk inside the will call. If that doesn't work then they will probably send you to evergreen station which is a free streets down over by McDonald's on 38th that light is pine take a right to head south and evergreen will be in the left hand side. They are great help.
I believe there is. I'd call the Post office directly and verify with them.
There is paperwork at the actual post office that you're able to pick up and fill out. You might have lots of inflamed mail especially if it's been 4 - 6 months ago. You might go to the clerk and ask just to be sure.
Yes they can hold your mail... Contact your local post office for information.
Yes I believe you have to complete PS form 8076 called authorization to hold mail with the US Post Office
Id call a neighboring facility or the main 1-800-ASK-USPS (be prepared for long hold times).
