This is ridiculous. They "lost" my package. I filed a claim, and now they found it but it's stuck in our for delivery. Package has been in Tacoma for a week, who knows where.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service, expecting that usps will screw up my order as they always do, i triple checked on my package and verified that my address was correct. Surprise surprise when i get the update that i have an insufficient address and my package cant be delivered. Even though Fedex got the other half of the order to me correctly and on time. And i didnt even have to follow up with them. I followed up three times including with my local office and still i had issues. The supervisors Maria and Latayah are either too incompetent or too lazy to run the branch after an hour and a half in person i still had no resolution. Resorted to calling post master general and placing a complaint.

The only thing that bothers me is the delivery people. They don't seem to actually attempt to deliver packages , they just leave a sticker ...but when I do go to collect the guy at the counter is super friendly and chatty, I give him the slip he checks my ID , I get my mail and away I go. No problems

Our mail boxes at our complex are broken so I had to go to this post office to pick up my mail (note I do not drive). They told me they have nothing there for me even though I got notifications that I have mail being delivered. I stopped going because of the disappointment of being told that I have no mail waiting for me and when I call to see if anything is there no one answers on the 98409 supervisor line or even in the general customer service line. I understand things are difficult but they couldn't even provide me with an answer to where my mail maybe It's been a month and 2 weeks now and all they told me is if I don't get my mail by the end of November I could just call and make a complaint. The customer service here is horrible and there seems to be no communication at all. I feel like my mail was been stolen or thrown away. I am very disappointed with this place.
