It's a shame if any of you have been made to feel guilty for needing help I've never been treated badly there. If you have, you should report it to the person in charge.. I've volunteered there, a lot has changed since then.. no one should feel shamed for needing help. Please report it to someone. They may be unaware. That person will be dealt with accordingly.
I know, everytime I go I feel like I'm being shamed. Like I don't feel bad enough asking for hand outs...
True i can agree the old guy there was pretty rude. But besides that the ladies there are sweet accept the lady in the clothing bank part

I really apologize to anyone that was treated badly at this location I work at the front desk as client intake person (before COVID-19) I can say that Jim was the problem when I first started there things got better when Steven took over and things just keep going up, and we more volunteers and much nicer people working the floor
