Today I went to pick up a game that I ordered and purchased online. Unfortunately, when I arrived I found out that the game was out of stock as they had not yet had time to process my order. Although I was disappointed at not fulfilling my mission of getting the specific game for my daughter, the staff was very helpful in calling another local toy store to find the game. I really appreciated their outstanding customer service and look forward to returning to their store.

I have never been to this store in person. Today, we visited their website for the first time, found an incredible selection of common and unique games, toys, and puzzles, and placed an order to kick off our holiday shopping. The order was delivered to our door before 7 o'clock tonight, at no extra charge. I could not be happier with this hassle free experience, and we're already planning a second order for more gifts. This store is the best! Friendly staff great selection of Playmobil and calico critters. My 4 year old daughter loves this place . They will even wrap the gift for you . One stop shop. On your way to a birthday party? Swing in grab a gift and a card , they will wrap and your done! So easy! 5 out of 5!!!

A busy store crammed with delights. Not only do they have the latest in baby toys, but they have classics, and everything from teething jewelry for mom to scientific toys and games for older kids. A fun selection of costumes and toys, models to make, children's books (classics as well as new, board books to young adult works)...and the staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. I came in looking for one gift and found so many more!

Hello, we clean all touched surfaces with bleach and soap twice a day, and pens after each use. We are currently limiting capacity in the shop to 10 visitors at a time. Humans aged 5 and up must wear a cloth mask over their mouth and nose. Employees compulsively use hand sanitizer throughout the day and customers have access to their own sanitizer. We also take care to lead careful personal lives to minimize exposure.
Yes, we have many science and engineering projects as well as some crafts that would be great for age 11.
