Seeing a new cardiologist, Dr Momah, at Pulse for the first time, and I’ve not been happy. The doctor doesn’t listen at all. I have a previously diagnosed complaint and specifically asked for testing to see if my condition had advanced, my symptoms are getting worse. I was given some completely unrelated tests, that were very expensive, for a condition I do not have. After doing the tests, it confirmed what I said. I do not have CAD. I already knew that and communicated that to him before he ordered them. On the follow up visit, I was kept waiting on a video appointment for more then 2 hours, staring at a dark room with no updates. Then when I asked for the tests I needed, I was ignored and disregarded. I was told to loose weight and take these blood pressure pills. I informed him that I had been through blood pressure meds before, and after having reactions to all but one, that I would prefer to take that one. He said no, and prescribed me something else. Again, I was right. I can’t function on the new meds. It would be great if the doctor actually listened to the patient. So now, for the past day, I’ve had a very irregular heartbeat, PVC, the new meds aren’t helping, it’s alarming, and I feel that my Dr will just dismiss me like he keeps doing. How are you supposed to get appropriate care when the doctor completely ignores you? I would not recommend Dr. Momah unless you are a male with CAD because that’s all he seems to recognize. Lisa, yes, I would appreciate the call.

I went in for two reasons: to find an alternate medication to control my pulse and to have testing to figure out what was behind my recent ER visit. Dr Hira told me I shouldn't be on my medication in the first place, that my previous diagnoses weren't real, and that my cardiac and autonomic issues are most likely depression. Dr Hira demonstrated a clear bias against me due to my age and rejected my medical history for his own theory. To his credit, he ordered the testing, but while doing so told me it would come back negative and would assure me that everything is fine, which it clearly is not when someone with a record of low BP ends up in the ER with a systolic of 160. Dr Hira also asked me how many ounces 100mg is... Edit: i see my review was replied to but i cannot find anyway to reply back, and there is no email or livechat listed on google :/ update: i have recently discovered that dr hira's order for the tests was listed as "chest pain" and was this rejected by my insurance

I saw Dr. Vora after a terrifying experience where my heart rate dropped during surgery and I had to get two rounds of CPR. I am young and healthy and Dr. Vora could not have seemed to care less. After two appointments he spent a total of five minutes with me, told me that it could happen again but just to let the team know so that they would know what to expect. I felt rushed, ignored and like my case didn’t matter to him because he didn’t deem it life threatening. I recently moved to spokane and am seeing a new cardiologist here, the difference in treatment is incredible. Dr. Vora may be brilliant but he has no bedside manner. You deserve to be listened to and your experience should matter to your doctor. There are brilliant doctors who are also kind and compassionate, Dr. Vora is not one of them.

Dr Vora refused to listen to what my heart concerns were. Dr Vora was really great at pushing medication & upping my dosage. Dr Vora expressed no concern of actually finding my health issue & fixing me. Dr Vora repeatedly told me, "most people don't feel that". Dr Vora has very poor bedside manners. I referred myself to another clinic & found a Dr who actually listened to me. I am all better now & without a ton of medication that HORRIBLE Dr Vora had me on.

I don't feel this is the appropriate place to ask questions of the medical staff they won't violate HIPPA Laws by answering you. In addition you may want to be careful disclosing personal information for everyone to see. My suggestion is to delete your question and call the office.
