Sorry, there's no manager, there's no mailroom, and each unit is individually owned. So do whatever you would do if the delivery people delivered to the wrong house in a neighborhood. The lobby is locked, but you could ask one of the owners to check if your package is sitting there. Hope this helps, just know that there is no one in charge of mail there.

Not there anymore, but they used to be right around $400 for the 2 bedroom, a little less for the 1 bdrm. Check out any assessments and LIDs that might be happening now...
