What an amazing, fun, and supportive experience. I just finished the first 2 series of classes and had a blast. Now on to the musical improve class. Holy moly....it's everything I ever dreamed of. So much fun! I love playing with other adults and laughing so hard. All 3 instructors I've had, have been amazing. PS. you don't have to sing well. Sign up for a class, you won't regret it. Just do it!

Visiting the area from Florida and decided to do an impromptu visit to the Friday night Showdown improv and was very pleased. If I lived locally, this would be a routine place to visit for drinks and comedy.

We went to an improv show here that was actually funny! People on stage were diverse and brought diverse senses of humor. The size of the place is conducive to crowd participation because it doesn’t feel too intimate or too crowded. We had a great time here. Bonus points for off street parking behind the building.

We saw in the paper or a mention on Facebook that they were doing a new idea. In 24 hours they would get an idea, give it to 4 writers, directors, cast the actors, rehearse and present 4 plays at the end of the 24 hours. NO SLEEP! We had attended other events at the Comedy Club before so we said " let's get tickets"! At only$10 why not? Reservations are always a good idea as they are often sold out. They do take credit cards and have tickets on call.We had a great time!! Front row seats. The plays were very different. Funny. Good music and lighting, too. They have extended the stage from when we were there before. The seating is small tables with chairs for 2,4, or 6 depending how they are arranged. You order at the bar, get your drinks, and take a number back to your table and they bring your food out to you. They have a full bar. Food includes bowls, salads, pizzas, bar snacks and desserts. WC accessible. Easy to spot from normal traffic. No parking lot. Street parking is free at night after 7pm.

Nope! Curious Comedy Theater is all ages! We do have a bar and kitchen with delicious food and drink though :)
Shows star at 7:30 and the doors usually open around 6:45
I don't work there 🤔
Open Court and Game Face are our 2 Improv Jam shows that are open for anyone to jump up on stage and perform. Open Court is our Long-Form Improv Jam on Wednesdays at 9:30 pm. You will put your name in a hat and then coaches will draw names to make the teams. Each team will get between 10 - 12 minutes to create some improv magic. Game Face is a Short-Form Improv Jam on Tuesdays at 9:30 pm. Please go to curiouscomedy.org if you would like to find out more information on each of these opportunities.
Hi Kari! Chris is right, we don't have a stand up open mic, but or Open Court on Thursdays at 7:30 (Sign up by 7pm) is an open improv jam that's a lot of fun! We also have Game Face on Tuesdays at 9:30pm. Hope that helps!
this is all dependant on the show. generally yes most shows are all ages. cost varies and can be found on the website
I don't think they're available yet, but keep checking at the Curious Comedy website show calendar for October.
