I have always gotten great service here, and have never had any problems as far as quality of the jewelry. The staff is very courteous and friendly, but not overly so; not pushy. I came in today to get help with my ring that is too big now, and the lady who helped me gave me the ring size adjuster for free, as well as a new necklace box for free when I asked if I could buy one. As well as a great deal on a new necklace ;) I've also bought other jewelry here years ago. They always backed up the warranty and took care of cleanings, and do a perfect job on resizing, at a very reasonable price (as well as appraisals!). I would recommend this place to anyone who needed to buy jewelry for any occasion ♡
