I’ve literally been trying to call this location for weeks and the line is always busy no mather the time. It’s been beeping till it just hangs up on me or I end it. All the routes I’ve tried on the menu get me no where. What is going on?

The pandemic has created a huge backlog for appointments, especially in Seattle. I had to email my senators office to get an appointment.

James Sinclair, I’d truly appreciate it if you’d be willing to share any info or advice regarding reaching out to the senators office for an appointment! I am traveling in 11 days and have also been calling non-stop without any luck.

Just keep trying... I'll say try calling right when it opens up first thing in the morning. Like most agencies, they're receiving higher than expected call volumes due to the effects of the pandemic but just keep trying and you'll get through at some point.
