How many times do I have to call to actually talk to someone.. I have called everyday the past 2 weeks and called back to back for 30 minutes and haven’t been able to talk to anyone! I really need help.
Moved out of our house at the end of March. Got an email yesterday from our landlord for 8.5K in charges minus the $2500 damage deposit. So they want us to pay 6ish Grand our of pocket. Is this legal and what do we do?
My previous lease expired and I have been renting month to month. I intend to vacate on 3/5 and gave them 21 days notice on 2/12. They are stating I have to pay through 3/31 since I did not give them 20 days notice prior to the end of monthly term.
