How many times do I have to call to actually talk to someone.. I have called everyday the past 2 weeks and called back to back for 30 minutes and haven’t been able to talk to anyone! I really need help.

Hi Jarricca, one option is to become a member of the Tenants Union, and then you will be able to call the members-only line and leave a message, and the TU will call back. Unfortunately the organization is very underfunded and there is only one staff person at a time who is able to answer the phone for the free hotline.
