The Advocates were absolutley amazing. After my car accident I was at a complete loss as to how to handle the insurance company. I called and ended up working with the attorney, Britt. She made things so easy and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this firm if you have a personal injury!

They took all the stress out of a long and arduous battle with Geico. Both my mechanic and myself were impressed with the amount of money they were able to attain for me. Highly reccomend their services. Thank you

If you have a good case, they're quick to accept you as a client. Although in my personal experiences, my attorney in my home state reminded me of what they SHOULD have done, but didn't! I can't say they did a horrible job, but in my opinion they could have done way better! They made sure they got their cut off MY pain and suffering versus me! Would I recommend them? Well I will say do your research on them, make sure they are a fit for your needs and the needs of your case!

My case was a very difficult case! In 2017 a semi-truck driver drove into my driver side, changing my life forever! I AM SO GRATEFUL for Jason Murphy and my team at Advocates Law! After 5 years fighting, Jason Murphy was able to help me receive a long awaited settlement. Covering all outstanding medical bills towards treatment for injuries received and future medical care that will be needed. I felt so much support from my legal team! True compassion and care towards my emotions and physical wellness throughout the process. Thank you Jason Murphy! Now I can begin the true healing process ✨️ 😌 ☺️ 💕

Questions & Answers

I was in a accident 4-16-2018. It was the other vehicle fault and she was ticketed. I have been to my primary doctor and he recommends physical therapy for whip lash and lower back pain. What kind of compensation can I receive?

You would have to call and find out these things are for you and the attorney to find out

How long will it take to settle your personal injury claim?

To be honest, it depends on the type of personal injury you suffered and the extent of your injuries. If you are no longer treating for your injuries then you can expect your personal injury cases to settle within a 4-to-12-month window. But if you are required to file a lawsuit then your claim could take years to settle. The litigation process is often complicated and time-consuming. For example, the discovery phase of litigation takes a minimum of six months to complete. Luckily for you, most personal injury cases do not proceed to trial and, instead, settle of of court

Nothing! We don't get paid until we can settle your case for you. Our attorneys work on a contingency fee and that ensures that we will be as invested in your case as you are.

I was attacked by a police dog and sustained severe injuries. There was an excessive use of force and it was very unnecessary. Is this a case worth looking into? They reduced serious charges to obstruction. i need help.

If I have my car repaired,do I have a right to have the old parts back

Dan Skarperud (Skarp) | Aug 12, 2022
The Washington Advocates | Aug 13, 2022

It depends on a number of factors. Many automotive repair dealers will partially reimburse you depending on the part, such as batteries or catalytic converters. This is why you should always read anything you are asked to sign when getting your vehicle repaired. You should also call your insurance company before bringing your vehicle in for repairs and explain your concerns to them beforehand. Your insurance representative should be able to explain your insurance agreement regarding repairs and automobile parts to you.
