I sent an email on a Sunday to Davis Law a few days after a head on collision with a drunk driver. I was very pleased and surprise to get a call that day and have a Zoom meeting the next day. This whole process is very confusing, especially with a head injury. Holly and Daniell have been very patient with me and answered my many questions. Kyle Jones explained the process--good and bad. Davis Law Group does not currently have an office in Oregon. However, when necessary, there are a few experienced, trusted firms in Oregon with which we can partner. We have a number of clients who live in Oregon but were injured in Washington. Geography is rarely a problem.

Anne, you should call our office. You may have several options. Your own insurance may be able to provide uninsured motorist coverage, you can apply for benefits from the crime victims compensation fund.
