I've been using Tsunami Jim's to open and close my pool for the last 5 years; however, the last couple years have been poor customer service/communication. Most recently, I scheduled my pool to be closed over a month ago. Upon first calling, Kathy was not at the store but assured me she'll put me in the books for the same time frame as last year's closing. When I didn't hear back for a few days, I called to confirm what date (so I could be prepared). She confirmed me for the week of 10/10. Sunday 10/9 I spent the day draining my pool, prepping tubes, tarp, etc... A week went by, and my pool is still open. When I called her this past Saturday, not only did she not apologize, she replied to my question with a sarcastic remark, and then proceeded to tell me my house is "out of their radius", and some guy (who is not on their payroll, does work on the side), will reach out to me. Here we are a few days later, and still no call, no show. As much as I want to support a local business, this one obviously doesn't need/want it. I am disappointed and frustrated to say the least.

I called when they opened on a Tuesday morning to get on the schedule since my pump was going out. Cathy asked a few questions and the service team came that day. They had a new pump installed and running before I got home from work! Even called me back after hours to answer my questions.

An incredibly rude woman works here. Unprofessional service offered. You feel like you've been hit by a tsunami when you leave. Warning signs should be hung to prepare potential victims.
