Most workers are rude & not helpful @ all. We purchased our pool here years ago. Every time we needed something. Whether it was an item or just a question. They act as if we were a bother. Getting our water tested was always criticized as if we didn't know what we were doing. Last time we dealt with them was when we opened pool this season. The tarp we purchased from them @ end of season in 2021 tore down the middle. We called they said bring it in. We did & the worker yelled @ us said it was something we did to make it rip. That's when we got upset. We told them every time we come in it's a problem. We walked out. One worker followed us outside. She said leave the tarp I'll see what we can do. She took our # & said they would call. It's now been a month. But no call back. We will never get our supplies from here again.
