You can phone to them direct and make an appointment this will reduce your waiting time or you can just go without appointment but you need to have enough time sometimes it may be faster depending on the number of people
No, but you might get seen faster if u do. I went in today without an appointment, you just have to check in at a kiosk and are given a number.
