Cashier was friendly. First greeted by a staring armed security guard who quietly said hi at the front door. I understand the need for armed security but it doesn't set a good tone. This suggests two things: the place is unsafe and every customer is perceived as a threat. I am glad the store was open, though. Parking lot is full of trash. Perhaps an employee or two can police it to help with image. If a place is surrounded by garbage that's what you will get.

I went there to buy beer for a couple friends that were in town, i am african american i was surrounded by 3 employees (and im assuming loss prevention) during checkout, i was profiled and felt uncomfortable. I will tell everyone of color to avoid qfc. Awful treatment of the community

A cashier seems to prefer lighter hue people; I walk towards his register, the one by self check out, and he turned around as if I was not welcome Another unpleasant incident happened: as I was shopping a bald guy comes from the pharmacy and ask me about my health status It's 2022, we have to demand great customer service our we must take our business elsewhere

The store was clean and organized. The employees were helpful, nice - for the most part - during one of my many past visits, I asked the women who worked at the floral department if I could use the bathroom, which needs a code to unlock the doors, she was very rude to me and told me to go ask another one of the QFC employees because she's too busy to help me. Other than that visit, all my other times there have been pleasant.
