I could just visit to stare at the gorgeous clocks. I was amazed. And the people who work there are so helpful and seem happy to be there. :)

I came into the store and was talking with the gal at the desk. I needed my wife's wall clock repaired and new hands on it, and I needed it soon for wife's birthday. She said leave it here and I have a new motor but not sure if she had new hands for it, but could straighten the ones on it. She was working on a clock right then for a lady who needed it fixed right away too. Not less then 25 minutes later I get a phone call the clock is ready!! Very good customer service and very friendly people. Highly recommend!

These are the nicest people in our world! Aside from being able to work in an industry than had been getting smaller and smaller because of technological advancement in time keeping devices... Watch-making and repairing is slowly becoming a lost art. To be able to work on something that is sometimes so small and intricate with hundreds of tiny moving pieces...or GREAT BIG GIANT clocks with tons of gears and dials inside, is a of art takes years and years of practice. They are called Horologists but we know them as Watch & Clock Makers.. and they do NOT come any better than the folks who own and operate this Country Clock Shop. I've been going to them for years when my watch has needed small repairs and batteries! Watch making used to be a trade handed down from family member to family member. Jodi has her granddaughter Riley working there with her elders and is learning the trade that I'm sure her family would love for her to continue. The people who own and run this shop became my friends 3 years ago when I had lost my home and everything in it to Squatters Rights...I was living in my car and I needed a battery but didn't have much money. We talked a little and 2 hours later i left with not only a working watch but i had just gained 3 new friends when I didn't feel like i mattered to anyone at all. I took out my money to pay for the battery and Jodi wouldn't take my money. Instead they GAVE me a beautiful journal to write in because I'd told them my 50 years of journals and diaries had been lost to the squatters. I just cried. I was just so grateful to be shown that kind of love. They made me feel like I mattered to someone. I knew it was true. They became my fiends that day on August 23, 2019and I love them all dearly. (I know that's the correct date because it was my first entry in my new journal. The absolute best time to visit the shop is ANY time a long as it's on the hour!! 🎶 You will be serenaded by all of these gorgeous clocks of all shapes and sizes. If you EVER need someone to work on any one of your time pieces, please do yourself a favor and go see the folks at Country Clock Shop in Everett. You will be so happy you did! Oh.. and for our brothers and sisters celebrating sobriety from anything, there is a darling little corner of the shop where you will find beautifully decorated time coins and jewelry, cards and Chochkies there for you to select to celebrate yours or your loved ones milestones! You know what they say Keep Coming Back to The Country Clock Shop!!Once you've stepped inside... you will never go anywhere else to keep your time running smoothly...

I dropped by with my very first antique mantelpiece clock I had purchased on Craigslist. The chimes needed synchronizing with the hand movement. Mimi who was filling in at reception and Jody who performed the adjustment were friendly and informative. Had a great experience getting to know how to care for my first mechanical clock. Will definitely be returning! Thank you ladies!
