Lobby hours are on the front door however they keep the doors locked. Hey Jack in the box… not everyone drives a vehicle small enough to get into your Sri they lane. I called to let them know the door was locked and the woman told me they were closed and hung up. Lost my business, I’ll never spend another penny with this company after being hung up on, they were open just not welcoming guests into the lobby.

This is easily the best Jack in the Box in the area. Always busy but the employees are always nice and friendly, great attitudes no matter what. The food is always up to par, and on the rare occasion there is a mix up, they always make it right and then some, with no push back. Great food and customer service. If you want Jack in the Box in Everett, GO HERE!

Mobile order. They had our order ready promptly & even asked what sauce we wanted with our egg rolls! Reason for Four Stars is STILL the lack of Dine-In availability!

Again this location at Airport Road and HWY 99, is the best one within a 5 mile radius. For whatever reason this location the employees are. Hella cool, and stay open usually longer than the other close locations. Plus they make your order right the first time, every time. Keep it up Jack you guys are awesome.
