Your sponsor needs to ci with you to the ID facility.
Your sponsor will have to accompany you to the facility, and you will need your marriage license, and birth certificate. You can go to the online FACILITY and book your appt........on the Rapids ID website. select your area, jblm waller hall, and choose a date and time.
