One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. USPS is WAYYYY faster. First, the first person that was helping me couldn’t understand the address or name and I almost had to write it down for he could understand. Then the second guy who came to help walked up to the computer and stared at his Apple Watch for a few minutes looking at texts before he even helped me. I don’t normally post many reviews but this place doesn’t deserve to be at the PX.

I would give negative stars if I could due to the complete lack of professionalism displayed by notary Preety Manandhar. This joke of a person thought it would be a good idea to draw a smiley face on me and my ex’s official documentation that needs to go before a judge. Her excuse for doing it was that it is part of her signature… I guess she and the artist formally known as Prince can be classified in the same group now.

Came to mail a laptop, got printed quotes for price with and without insurance. Left to check with my CO. When I brought it back to the counter, they could not replicate the quoted price from just minutes ago. The confused cashier kept telling me to hold on while he interrupted the other two cashiers. Then they gave a list of bad excuses for the price difference, and kept trying change the service to get closer to the quoted price without providing the same insurance level. I finally asked to just remove insurance and they tried just reducing it a little to again meet the price on the quote without losing their insurance upsell. I once again said to just remove the insurance, and the price still came out inexplcably above the non-insured quote I had in my hand. The fool just looked at me dumbly and said "sorry, I don't know". 30 minutes wasted, I left and went to FedEx off post and was out in 2 minutes.

I’ve been selling, shipping, and dealing with UPS stores for several years now. 12 years to be exact. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely. I am aware that UPS stores are franchised so some may offer different services than others. That being said, I always ask employees questions about other services that other UPS STORES offer that they don’t and are NOT aware of. When I do ask about other services like, regular mail shipping options and media mail shipping options instead of spending $12 to send a DVD I sold on eBay for $5. They always look at me crazy as if I think UPS Store is USPS. I have been to locations where they not only offer USPS flat rate options but also regular mail and media mail shipping. The employees are never patient when answering and they always get attitudes. Even the manager got smart with me when I took a picture of my package (which I always do, so my customers have a visual of what the package looks like when I send it). Pretty much this location is lacking in customer service, which is top tier in my book of requirements for establishments that conduct business. Of course my items ship to my clients no problem because it’s an arm and a leg to send and UPS as a whole is a great company but I think a closer look should be done at this location. If a customer is asking a competent question and getting several incompetent answers from so-called professionals, is t this a problem?
