Long story short, had a wf account 6 years ago with the opelika branch, had nothing but problems, kept all receipts, money was still coming up missing. Closed out that account. Well, i started back work so i decide to open a new wf in phenix city, hands down the best. Well this past Friday i took money to the branch in Opelika, instead of putting it in the atm i decided to go through a window, lesson learned, the chick had an attitude AND THEN they put my money in a whole different account. How is that even possible? I mean, they had my card so there should had been no confusion. Now im trying to get in touch with that branch manager to let them know what happened and i cant get a hold of anyone. Opelika wells fargo brach -10/10. BreeAnn

Do not use wells Fargo if it is for business purposes. I have to get change, for my business, usually once a week, which wasn't a problem, until they decided they no longer wanted to use their lobby. Now, I have to wait in line, for at least an hour. There's no reason for their lobby to STILL be closed. Banks are now, officially, THE ONLY BUSINESSES STILL CLOSED!! Stop being lazy.
