I have read the negative reviews and it is hard to believe I had the same team assisting me during my transactions. They are very professional and courteous. With the location being on base, the traffic is extremely fluid and they are always busy. My experience was exceptional! I was picked up by a professional and taken to their store in a timely manner. I was offered an extremely nice truck for rental and the team stayed passed business hours to make sure the vehicle was squared away and I was completely satisfied. The vibe and conversation was very friendly. In addition, they understand and appreciate Service Members.

The lady that works there is super rude! I came to ask if we can rent the car a day longer and she saw me walking towards the door and she seemed to be contemplating if she should keep the sign saying closed or open it was 3:50 when we pulled up I thought they closed at 4? She claimed to be picking up a customer but when my dad went up there the day before he asked if she could pick up customers and she said no. I’m not sure who is working there but it seems to me she doesn’t treat all the customers with equal service.
