Nightmare! We got 3 rooms...none had soap or hot water. Got locked out of one room for an hour, there was cold coffee, no breakfast, one room had a broken tv, no hot water and they couldn't figure out how to print receipt and refused a hand written

We also had 3 rooms - 1 had wrong # of rooms 2- they couldn’t find any keys to unlock it 3 - no air conditioning! It was 10pm & we’re 3 old ladies so we said we had to find a room fast so asked for our $ back .. they gave us a number to call & the next day the desk clerk had the audacity to say we’d stayed that night & part of the next day! So - we’re out the cost of a room & they actually lied about it! Also there were people laying around on the stairs that wouldn’t move! I will never ever stay with these chain again

Well can't help what others experience but I've had a good experience the last few months has to be my 4th time I'm going up here Monday and spend the night there until my plane leaves so I have no complaints the Rodeway Inn is convenient right close to the airport and you can leave your vehicle there and it's a hell of a lot cheaper leaving it there at the motel and it is at the airport
