Great place! Staff was super friendly and professional. VERY comfortable beds, lots of food choices including a grocery store within a few blocks. There’s even a nearby by baseball field to catch a local game at night!

First off, I’m a Hilton guy, diamond status, and love Home 2 Suites. The staff was awesome, but I have to rate my experience two stars. I was in town for two days of medical procedures and on arrival the power was out so I had to hoof it via stairs up to my 4th floor room, thank god a maintenance worker help carry my luggage. I went to a disappointing dinner that night and returned to partial power, but no elevators, back up the stairs and digikey actually worked…TV didn’t until the next morning, but with unwatchable broken signal. Missed free breakfast since a website showed it was open till 10am and I arrived after 9am. 3rd day got good coffee with my mediocre free breakfast only to return to my my room with a TV that had serious unwatchable signal issues which continued for the rest of the stay Follow-up: The general manager read my review and offered up points for compensation. After two months of no points, I complained to Hilton directly, they contacted the front desk manager who said she comped me only 1000 points for being “mean” far less than I was promised. Lori the General manager made it right. Thanks Lori, hope you find a decent front desk manager.

Great place to stay. Clean, people are super friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Great place to stay when you have anything going on at either hospital. They even have a shuttle that will take you to and from the hospitals, day or night.. I will always stay here when I am in Billings.

Location is across the street from Billings Clinic which was very convenient for me. Continental breakfast has good chives. Rooms are only cleaned once/week but that was OK with me. Microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher are in the room. There is an Albertsons grocery store right next door so it is convenient to do have meals in the room. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers that are in heavy demand. There is a large laundromat about a block away. I have stayed there several times and it meets my needs. Very comfortable overall.

No safe but a hair dryer
Not sure if you were referring to anyone specifically, but there are a couple bathroom photos in the photos from other reviews as well as the true renderings of the bathrooms from the hotel itself. I screen shot them, but can't post them here in the answer field. Check out the "photos" section of the listing in google/maps and you will see them as you scroll through the photos.
There is no set amount of time that you can stay at the hotel although it does have discounts for more days that you stay and I would definitely suggest looking into those
