Excellent hotel all around. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and breakfast was very good. These are the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in a long time, which probably says more about my finances than the actual hotel, but nonetheless it’s a really nice hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. And huge bonus points for allowing pets, a lot hotels I’ve looked at in Billings do not.. looking at you SureStay. How could you possibly turn away this face?

Have stayed at a lot of Days Inn while traveling over the years in the west. They are generally great if you are looking for a no frills, clean, well lit place as a stopover on your travels. This one was the worst. Stayed coming and going on a trip to Denver. Smelly, damp rooms. Stained, dirty carpet in the halls. Noisy air conditioners. Staff cannot manage basics like 2 cups with 2 pods of regular coffee in the room. Breakfast was not as stated with no yogurt or orange juice but all the gravy you could want. Not unusual for DI but nothing is within walking distance except a pawn shop.

Checked in. For $200 a night was expecting more. We paid online including all taxes and fees then at check in was charged for taxes again. We brought it up and was told when we checked out they would take care of it. Room smelled like wet dog. Room was at least clean. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. At checkout we let them know about the over charge and the lady at the front desk said I don't know what to do to talk to the guy that checked you in last night....we are leaving. My husband let them know about the room smell and she shrugged. When we were leaving she was outside talking to another co worker about it and says "if they don't like it, dont stay here!" The guys the night before were friendly...the one in the morning should not be in customer service.

Stopped while traveling. Quick searches showed $60 rates and I expected to pay more when booking on the spot. If the room was $60 I think it would have been a reasonable choice but it wasn't worth the $130 I paid (maybe due to high occupancy). I wasn't too found of the area and the sign banning locals living within 50 miles led me to believe that there was a decent amount of riff raff. The room wasn't bad but my biggest issue was the unsecured side door.

My friend brings her service animal with her when she stays there, and they are very accommodating.
