This has become my must-stay place when lodging in Billings. EVERYTHING was top-notch, from the front desk/staff to the cleanliness of the entire facility (grounds, room, pool). They provide, IMO, the BEST toiletries anywhere. The Pharmacopia shampoo and soaps are great! {EDIT: If you are tall, I'm 6'5", the ceiling mounted shower head at about 7' is a refreshing godsend!} I ranked it about 7/10 two years ago, but they have stepped up their game even more since then. I'd definitely give it a solid 9/10 this time, possibly 9.5. Stella's next door (free breakfast voucher) was excellent as usual.

This hotel is perfect. The location is ideal to visit Billings, the breakfast included to be had next door was great, they offer discounts to surrounding restaurants. The hotel staff was nice and the rooms were nice. Great parking with lots of cameras. When you pull up it doesn’t look great, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts.

Could not locate reservations previously made for a different hotel for the next two weekends. Thought maybe I made them here so called. Did not make my reservations here, but will now be staying here for several weekends in a row- largely due to the awesome customer service from Brooke. Management needs to give that girl a raise! Can't wait to check in, which is a first for me, for any hotel. 5 stars based solely on Brooke.
