Care seems good but communication from the doctor as requested has not happened in two days. It's very hard to get any information that is reliable since it seems the only one that has the information is not/does not communicate with his staff or patients. If this had not been a emergency I'd have switched doctors. At least one who would be a little more considerate of patients and family time and concerns

My Dad will probably die before he gets the surgery he needs. Zero communication between providers between Billings Clinic and Livingston Health Care!!! Told to get checked out in Livingston and then they said test were ordered and waiting to be done. Goes to do them and make a appointment. Told the tests were "stolen orders" and he would just have to do them again! Regular provider left and has a recent new one who was gone on maternity leave. Clinic said she was still gone and Livingston said she just recently returned. Also told to make a 240 mile round trip to go to a Billings same day clinic to get checked out through the Billings Clinic agency so they would have his information on record. Livingston Health Care is part of Billings Clinic 😫😫😫

Harassment to African American nurse by the CT department. Of the night 5/15/2022. A member of the department made an attempt to single out the nurse by consistently vocalizing to her to not be mad after she ignored his attempts to gain her attention while further trying to gain eye contact with the nurse. This form of harassment is tolerated and it’s unfortunate across this facility entirety.

My husband was admitted to the hospital for emergency lung surgery from complications of Covid and being on a ventilator for almost two months. I was overwhelmed with the compassion and professionalism of the doctors, nurses and anesthesiologist. We received the absolute best care at the Billings Clinic Hospital! Dr Daniel Gramins was my husband’s surgeon. I am so impressed with his skill and compassion. He explained the surgery he performed in a way that was easy to understand. I can’t imagine a better surgeon for my husbands procedure. One of his nurses, Danelle, gave us Superior nursing care. She dug and found information that had been overlooked concerning his wound care. She also went out of her way to make sure my husband had a very comfortable bed due to his back issues and the fact that he had been bed ridden for almost three months. Although we live over 4 hours away, in Wyoming, we will be coming back to Billings Clinic Hospital for Raymond’s follow up care. Thank you for your Outstanding Care of my husband! We thank God for you all!!!
