BUYER BEWARE! We checked in and then immediately checked out. The pool area is not run by the hotel. If your family gets there early no problem. But if you plan to use the pool after breakfast with a late check out if you get in later in the night, this hotel will not work for you! The pool does not run after 10am. So if you plan to recreate after breakfast you’re out of luck! And that’s after spending a lot of money to not be able to use the facilities. WE HAVE NEVER, stayed at a hotel that shuts the pool down at 10am. I asked if they could work with us and let us get out of the room on time but then use the pool since their hours were so unusual and not specified on the web page, they said no they could not give us the next’s days wrist bands, the hotel is deprecate from the pool. THEN, they attempted to charge us for being there for 5 minutes! Saying we can’t cancel a reservation! A terrible night explaining to the kids we can’t use the pool they won’t let us. We checked into the BILLINGS HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER, it was a great stay and they let us pay extra to use the pool the next afternoon since it became a very late after we had to change hotels. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The rooms were perfect; the included hot breakfast decent; the pool area was spacious. My only complaint was this was a fairly busy hotel and there was only one elevator. Spent a lot of time waiting while moving luggage. I often stop at La Quinta because it is pet friendly. I also saw Kelly's next store welcomes pets at no added cost. Will check out the local place next time.

I come to Billings once a month on business and have stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly, the rooms have always been clean and well stocked. My only real complaint, if you could call it that, is for a more “adult” swimming pool for laps. But hey, if I was an eight year old I would totally groove on what they have, great for breaking up the boredom of another hotel room on a road trip.

This is a great hotel! Pet friendly- thanks LaQuinta! It was nice to have a nice hotel that did not charge for pets. Good area to run your dog and let them do their business- with poop bags and bin provided. Beds were really comfortable with soft bedding. Hotel was nice a clean. Breakfast had a great selection- the biscuits and gravy were amazing! All the employees- check in, check out, breakfast- were all friendly and polite. 100% would stay here again.
