HORRIBLE experience with the passport services. I was scheduled 3 times and still have not gotten anywhere. The first time there was absolutely no one back there. So I waited for an hour and finally left. Come to find out she was on her lunch break during a scheduled appt. The second and third time they were so far behind that I waited a n hour before leaving again. Make the appointment slots bigger if there’s short staff. So frustrating.I have wasted 4 hours. Will be going somewhere else now.

The passport office associated with the USPS is the worst public service ever! Not to mention turning in all papers, photos, etc. for a new passport ( I have 4 out-of-date ones) and waiting months, I thought it finally came in the mail. No...I was sent papers to fill out for a passport! &%*&)$#

I don’t send anything in the mail for years and then I send one letter for a rodeo entry fee that has to be there by a certain time and they loose my stamp and sent my letter back. Terrible service, the only reason why anyone uses it is cause it’s cheap. Not effective.
