I’m sure there are better places in the area to stay! The carpets are dirty, the bathroom sink and shower drains don’t work. You end up standing in 6” of water while showering. Road noise is pretty loud from the front side room we stayed in.

Stayed here with my family and here's our experience. The room had random garbage like kleenex and used straws on the floor. My kid found some other kids toy that had been likely left by the previous stay. Not enough towels available pool side, had to ask for more from front desk. Hottub was out of order. Went back to room to shower off since theres no shower by the pool and their were multiple pubic hairs in the rooms tub/shower. Wiped the tub out with a towel and showed it to the front desk. They said ewww and said they would give us a discount. At checkout there was no discount and the staff was too busy running the breakfast room to help so we just left. Radisson has really gone down hill, this place needs help. We will not stay here ever again.

Los Gringos Locos

Great place to stay! Clean rooms, comfy beds and excellent staff. Hotel has a nice pool and hot tub and a great breakfast to get the day started. I would recommend to anyone traveling through Billings to stop here. I will definitely be back when traveling through again.

Stayed there in March for 3 days then another 2 days. Noticed the trash outside was never emptied. Outside area had lots of cigarette butts never cleaned up. Should provide containers for them. It may help.Around the property lots trash scattered all around. Need to maintain curb appeal better.On 3rd floor by laundry room exit sign was broken.
