Hotel I do not think has been cleaned in forever. Lobby was disgusting, floors & windows looked gross. bedrooms had stains on the carpets and one of the chairs. Sheets would not stay on the bed, pillows were not comfortable at all. The free breakfast needs improvement. I personally will never be back...

I came from Southern California (Los Angeles) on a business trip & all I can say is these people at the Hampton Inn Billings Montana location have the best HOSPITALITY ever & keep everything clean & in tack. There shouldn’t be 1 negative or bad post about this location or there employees.

Positive: The cleanliness, nice rooms, good location, the 24 hour pool is a huge one for us as we like to go swimming a lot and usually dont get back to the motel till after the pool is closed so that is what really drew us to this hotel. Negative: The Fact that we stayed here pretty much just for the 24 hour pool and it was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there! They were replacing a light for 2 days?? Also the bed sucked! The box spring was broke so we both kept rolling to the middle.

The hotel was in need of some updating. We had no microwave in our room and an empty toilet paper roll in the spindle. The next morning, my husband could not finish his shower as the water pressure had completely stopped, not even a dribble. When we called the front desk, we were told that the hotel was at capacity and everybody must be taking showers at the same time. REALLY ??
