Very disappointed. Photos online are misleading, make it look much better than it is. My room had several maintenance issues that needed immediate attention. I could see paying maybe $29 for this room, of course I paid a lot more than that. The staff I encountered were fine, nice enough. I felt sorry for them, having to work there. I'm giving it two stars, and that's very generous.

I stayed here in April and the place was a bit of a mess. I decided to stay here again in July as it’s very close to the airport and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since my April stay they have started cleaning the place up. The outside is freshly painted and the cleanliness of the rooms has improved. They also offer a shuttle to the airport which is a big plus. It’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. I’ll stay here again next time I’m through Billings.

Very run down .the 1st room I was put in but in was dirty still had cleaning supplies in it dirty mop And stained bed sheets. The 2nd room was a nicer room it is a room but the sink was cracked it it had a bathtub that wouldn't hold water. And for whatever reason the pillows that were on the bed were all moist I had to ask for dry pillows. It's a good price but I wouldn't stay here again.

The location would be great for hospital or college needs but it is NOT a clean place inside or out. The room was dirty in the details, toilet wouldn't flush right, breakfast was unpacked small donuts and cereal. In the midst of remodel so maybe will get better but as the painted AROUND the pictures in our room so I doubt it.
