It's really inconvenient that the drive-up drop boxes are still out of order after a solid month. Not sure why it is taking so long to resolve. When are the drop boxes going to be repaired/replaced?

For security reasons they are planning to upgrade the boxes. I do not know the timeline when new ones will be in place. The USPS takes security if the mail very seriously and the current boxes are outdated

I would suggest going and talking to the postmaster at that location and telling them what your concerns are
