This shop is great! First of all, they carry Specialized, which is a product I really like. Second, during each of my visits, they helped me sort out the problems with 2015 Specialized Mountain bike. I was really impressed because I kept coming in day after day thinking I was becoming one of those annoying customers but they were professional and took their time with me. As a result, we did a drive train swap 1 by 10 and now my bike has a new life. They did an excellent job on the swap. Wish I could remember everyone's name because they remembered mine. I am new to the neighborhood so a few of the guys recommended places to ride. That was awesome as well. I will defiantly go back. Next time, I want to add a dropper post to my bike. I know they will do a great job. I would definitely recommend this shop to you.

Brought my 10+ year old bike in for a tune up and to potentially replace some worn components. They reviewed the whole thing and informed me of ~$300 worth of work to be done. I was hesitant, as that was more than my bike was probably even worth. But decided to just pay it and get it fixed. The final bill ended up being more like $400. First time out riding it, I was frustrated to hear creaking coming from around the pedals/bottom bracket (BB was just replaced). Third time out, my bike not just broke down, but fell apart. As it were, $400 would have put me a good way toward a replacement bike. Then to find out they did a poor job fixing it is extremely frustrating.

Great shop! Bought my bike here and have come for various maintenence. Great crew! Helped me install spd converters on my shoes.

After being rear-ended with the bikes on the back of the car, I brought them here to be repaired. They did a great job and clearly communicated what was needed and any changes. I also appreciated them walking me through different decision points along the way. My bikes are working great now. Thanks!
