Their technician came into our home to change the meter and ended up breaking our water heater, causing water to leak under the floor boards. We have no hot water now and they are saying it is not their problem. Could not have had a worse experience.

Was there reported issues with water pressure Monday evening during the rain storms? Pressure has decreased substantially, as well as brief time no water was registering when electric went out.
