I've been waiting for the package in my house, tracking them on the app and expected them but the deliveryman didn't even knock or ring the bell, just leave the “No Authorized Recipient Available” notice, not physically but online. Scrolling down the reviews, seems like i'm not the only one who have got this issue 🤦

haven't gotten my mail in a week, go to this post office only to be told they only have deliveries maybe once or twice a week, but mysteriously, NONE OF MY MAIL IS AT THE POST OFFICE. Seems odd that if they aren't delivering it, that it isn't at the post office. I have informed delivery set up, and have had an empty mailbox for over a week now. Not even ads. Next stop is the post master general

There is 1 person I've encountered at this location who has good customer service skills, only 1 and I go here multiple times a week! There is 1 woman who stands out to me, the older obese woman. I have never in my life dealt with someone so nasty (attitude wise) and disrespectful in a customer service position and in including Walmart so that right there says it all! This woman is so rude and send to hate life so bad negativity pours from her, you can feel it being in her presence! I've watched her treat people who don't understand like they're stupid and is completely unhelpful. I recently watched a woman leave in tears because she was humiliated by this disgusting woman, the employee the her hands up and said loudly someone else will have to help her and walked off! God forbid you need anything that makes this woman have to walk or move, she loudly huffs and rolls her eyes as if she is so inconvenienced. I CANNOT believe this woman still works for the P.O I'd bet money on it she has a ton of complaints! I will now be going else where as it ruins my mood watching this woman interact with people, She has NO respect at all! I highly recommend going elsewhere because of this beast of a woman!

Never really had an issue until recently. Im not getting my mail or packages recently, even though I have confirmation a package is being held there. In person service is ok. The automated phone system is a joke. They're transferring my call to an operator but no one ever answers. It hangs up on me every time. This is not helpful, and I need my mail and packages. This is the post office that services my zip code, so this shouldn't be an issue.

No. There's a lot of hands that amongst those two. Hell the letter may have been poorly seal and popped out in the sorting machine or in the huge amount of mixed letter piles.
Try going online and signing up for mail notifications. See if they have your correct address because simple things like not adding apt numbers may cause a delay

Between 8 and 10. The time it takes to get to your individual home depends greatly on the route and load, plus if the carrier has extra work to do either at the office or out .
Hello, there are about 5 sizes and price varies. They are much cheaper than private business ones. Go here to put in variables to get cost. You pay for 6 months or 12 months at a time https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm
For security reasons they are planning to upgrade the boxes. I do not know the timeline when new ones will be in place. The USPS takes security if the mail very seriously and the current boxes are outdated
If that has tracking number, you can check status of item.
Post Office closes at 5pm so I believe that is when the time cuts off. There are other places that provide extended cutoff times Google it :] best of luck.

Need more info. Did you rent for 6 months? Have your receipt? How were you denied mail service?
Probably at the post office. Go there with a tracking number and they will help you.
Set an appt with the post office and they will get you scheduled.
