We were advised by the lady at the counter to see the In-charge for Passport before mailing our Passport Renewal Application. That woman wasn’t happy to see us especially we didn’t have an appointment. She looked annoyed and she had this snotty tone on her voice when we asked more questions. What kind of public servant is she? She better look for another job where she doesn’t have to deal with people. With that kind of unpleasant attitude, the more she’s not good to look at.

AWFUL customer service and extremely disrespectful + unhelpful employees (including the supervisor who has a MAJOR attitude problem). Unable to deliver two packages via Amazon to my home for several days, had to call multiple times to follow up and reschedule. Used ‘unsafe neighborhood’ conditions as an excuse however no attempts had been made to deliver the packages and no notes were left. My neighborhood is incredibly safe and all my other packages have been delivered with no issues. Some were even left on my front porch for days (before I moved in). They never even attempted delivery and straight up lied. Avoid. Staff is lazy and rude.

Terrible service! I arrived at the post office at 2:57 pm in order to catch up the Express mail cut off time —— 3pm. The post office associate asked me to put aside at the table next to her, I emphasized that this is an Express mail which need to take care of immediately, and they ASK customers to hand in the express mail to the associate instead of put in mail box. I know she has a customer at that time, BUT, the one who pick up EXPRESS MAIL should be noticed by someone on duty. I checked the tracking found that they did not pick up my mail until 4:50 pm. What a shame! I paid Express mail in the expectation to have mail arrive the next day, now it will arrive as the priority mail. I can not believe that's their work ethic! Please be more compassionate and professional, for the sake of the salary paid by federal government!

I had a present showing up on Christmas Eve and was worried it wouldn’t be there on time for Christmas Day. I waited in line to let one of them know that this was important to me and if they could look out for it. A woman named Tanya went out of her way to find it. She let me know it was placed in a locker and how to get the key after hours. This employee went way out of her way and didn’t even know me. That is amazing customer service.

Online, you might be able to call as well, however it is only a few days a week that they do passport stuff. You should be able to find that information on their website.
I Believe It's Around 6pm..
You have to have an account to print labels online. If the package will weigh the same or less you can include any configuration of stamps that equal the original postage amount inside the package. Be sure you have enough stamps to cover the postage or it will be returned to you.
And you only have to renew it every 10 years but I don't know what the price is I've never had to do that but you can do it at the post office right there, what is it that I forget the name of the street when is anyway it's a big post office in the North End of Everett
Yes, 10-3 if I recall correctly
Just need renewal paperwork and if you need an appointment have to make it online usps.com
New Passport (for adults age 16 and older): For a new adult passport book: $110 application fee and a $35 execution fee. The new total fee is $145.
Yes, I tried as well. This must also factor in their pathetic customer service score.
Google states up to 12 months, for first class mail, first class package service commercial, priority mail, priority Mail express, USPS retail ground, library mail and Media Mail. And 60 days max, for periodicals, such as magazines and newspapers.
Box lobby closes at 8pm and opens at 5am.
You can either just go in and get one or use the website. https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm It's about $10-15 a month depending on the size.
I would suggest purchasing a flat rate box
Call the office your package was delivered from and ask for a carrier supervisor. State your problem and they will help you.
Yes or ask for help with that..
At the end of the day...around 5
I Believe It's 5pm Or 5:30 Pm.. Honestly Sann Kong It's Best To Call Frist Or Check Their Website Before Going There.. 👍🏻📞
English please
No they don't. Couple options: go to your bank or to a check cashing place. Some Wal-Marts & Fred Meyers do it as well.
By rule the postal form says 3 to 30 days but if you're traveling out of the country say for 5 or 6 weeks you can have the supervisor sign it and have your mail held longer.
It will be closed Monday 9/3 for the federal holiday.
Here's the breakdown for the Hoyt Ave PO boxes: Size 1 (XS) 3" × 5.5" $96 per yr, or $48 for 6 mos, or $28 for 3 mos. Size 2 (S) 5" × 5.5" $140 per yr, or $70 for 6 mos, or $40 for 3 mos. Size 3 (M) 5" × 11" $250 per yr, or $125 for 6 mos, or $72 for 3 mos. Size 4 (L) 11" × 11" $394 per yr, or $197 for 6 mos, or $113 for 3 mos. Size 5 (XL) 12" × 22.5" $594 per yr, $297 for 6 mos, or $171 for 3 mos. If you sign up for 3 mo terms auto-renew is required. To opt out of auto-renew choose the 6 or 12 mo options. Hope this helps!
Depends where you live and what route you're on.
The only way to reach the island is by the ferry, so they likely have someone on foot board the ferry and deliver mail, or take their own boat there.
Cost for What???
Yes
Yes but they charge a small fee
Go to the office where you want your P.O. Box to be located, and request one at the customer service window. There is some paperwork involved but it doesnt take too long.
