I am only going to Concentra in Redmond if I REALLY have to. 2.5 Hours waiting for an MMR Booster Shot. Not how I wanted to spend my Morning. It only took a couple of Minutes to administer. More folks came in way after me who were brought back ( on a walk in Basis ) Concentra very rarely has appointments. These were walk in Physicals, Drug Screens. Why I could not have been done between these ? No clue.

Bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner before coming as you will have a long wait! This place is a joke. My husband has been waiting for a physical since noon and it is now nearly 7 and the doctor still isn't in. They said all rooms are full and only 1 doctor available. If this is true, maybe they should have patients come back another day instead of making them waste their entire freaking day waiting. Even all of the receptionists have gone home! This is completely uncalled for. If your work wants you to come here or whoever, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Shame on this business, honestly.

This is the worst place to go to for DOT Physicals. I had an appointment for 10am , arrived at 0930 but I was not seen until noon. The front desk receptionists are some of the rudest customer service I have ever seen and they do not answer the phone when you want to make an appointment so you have to drive there just to make an appointment. I wonder how they are still in business. I heard one of the front desk attendants telling a patient go do his DOt Physicals somewhere else because the guy was asking questions about why he was getting double charged. They asked the guy to leave as soon as he said he was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Is 12:30 pm and I am still here waiting in the cold room. I do not know when I am going to be seen. Please DO NOT use this clinic if you value your time.

The staff was nice and patient especially during the two hour wait times for the only thing that everyone needed. It definitely wasn't a two hour wait and they were fast and efficient, before I knew it the cups of water and coffee I had were gonna make me explode and having not knowing how close I was to get my drug test done, I knew I couldn't wait and as I asked if it was possible to go pee as I'm pregnant and I can probably drink enough water to go again in a bit but it had been my turn anyways so they rushed me back after getting everything set up and ready for the whole process of the screening of the peeing in cup. So thanks for being efficient, fast and understanding.
